What we collect
When you book a table we collect your name, phone number, party size, date and time, and anything you add in the notes. An email address and your birthday are optional. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Tag Manager and Google advertising tags to understand which ads lead to visits and confirmed reservations. When a Google ad link includes a click identifier such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid, that parameter remains in the landing-page URL and may continue through an internal redirect to the booking page so the Google tag can read it. The identifier is not stored in our browser attribution object, analytics event data or booking request.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm your reservation, to reach you about your visit, and — if you asked for it — to send you news and offers. We never sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers who help us run the restaurant and this website, and only as far as they need it.
News and offers
We only write to guests who chose to hear from us. You can unsubscribe from any message we send, or reply STOP to a text to stop messages from that number. You can still contact us by phone about your reservation.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation records as long as we need them to run the restaurant and meet our accounting obligations, and marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Just call or email us.
